"Company is reactive, instead of being proactive. They expect you to do sales and marketing and also underwriting and do write-ups."

"They need to be more actively involved with the staff and get out of their offices and see and talk to people on a first hand basis. A person's supervisor should be nearby if possible, not several hundred miles away."
