"Business development was a good position to understand the industry. My interaction with prospective clients made it very interesting. One gets to know more about what people want and how they are pursuing it. I personally didn't have the satisfaction that I wanted. I wanted to work as a product manager and work on a technology to make it successful."

"Flexible work schedule. Opportunities to advance within the company. Many locations and the chance to travel."

"The company is growing and has many opportunities for those wishing to start at the bottom and work their way up. Pick a good location and management team."

"Poor management and follow through with voiced opportunities. A high amount of tension in the work environment due to layout and management."

"Group meetings with staff to discuss concerns within the team. Open communication."

"Must be pilot. For slaes people, must have understanding in Chinese as well as Japanese culture."

"Japanese culture sometimes pushed down some working processes inside company."

"It mimics a family environment. For larger corporate companies like Maidenform it is typically hard to find that close knit community."

"It's a great company to work for if you are able to find positions open"

"Well, I'm still stuck in the internship program with no opportunities for entry-level positions. It is difficult to grab a job at Maidenform."

"I might offer more opportunities for interns to enter the company after completing the program."
