"The messaging and implementation of the goals and vision of the company seem to differ from that of the company and management. Moreover, there is an environment that supports mostly one or few time interactions with many customers, instead of an environment that is suited for many interactions with repeat customers, so as to build sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ensure that your messaging being delivered is in consensus with that of the company, and make sure that your actions reinforce that leadership and message."
