"Training is offered in small doses and seemingly only to hold someone responsible for anything that may go wrong. All training is reactionary, never proactive. The Plant Manager (I regret having to call him this but it is his title) finds fault with everything. I'm not the guy that writes these type of reviews. I do this because I wish someone would have warned me. Good Luck!"
