"I liked the great franchise, great boss, and the nice, newly updated building. I love challenges."

"24 hours takes its toll in family life."

"Allow more labor hours and more managers per store."

"I liked how when I hit a hard time in my life they worked with me. I decided to start school and they worked around that schedule too."

"I did not like how I never got a raise in the two years I was there, except when minimum wage went up. I also did not like how some employees would work harder than others, and the ones who barely did anything would not even get in trouble."

"The hours of work were very grueling. Management staff was expected to work 50+ hours per week with rotating schedules (Monday midday, Tuesday night, Wednesday midday, Thursday breakfast, etc.)."

"As I wrote the owner after resigning, consideration should be given to management scheduling to enhance family life, not detract from it."

"If working for fast food is the thing for you, make sure it's something you truly want to do. Everyone has to start somewhere and do what you have to do in order to advance. The food industry is not for everyone, but for those who do believe it's the way to go, do your best."

"I did not like the hours and the pay. It's not their fault; it's just what they could offer, and I didn't expect anything more from the company."

"They do their job and they do it well. I have seen some companies where management wasn't all that great, and not so much from a working view but as a customer, things were awful that I had seen compared to working for Burger King this time around."
