What do you like about working at Bureau of Indian Affairs?

"Chenega Federal is an employee focused company that provides a wide range of benefits and services that make a body feel welcome in their employment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know what you are talking about. While it is always true that a postion has room to grow into it's requirements it's vitally important that you be honest. If you manage to fool an interviewer with imaginary experience all you have done is hurt your reputation and that of your employer once you are fumbling around in front of the customer."

What don't you like about working at Bureau of Indian Affairs?

"It is a contract position through Chenega to the Bureau of Indian Affairs. As such, the Bureau has always been very interested in keeping me, but Chenega Federal is always a temporary employer I try not to take for granted. Also, the current plan is to transition my position to Sioux Falls, SD and I have strong ties to Northern VA."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"With the oncoming moving of operations to Sioux Falls it is extremely important to combat rumors with information."
