"I have been with Build-It for almost two years and in that time have witnessed 5 management positions either vacated or let go to other firms, most likely due to the fact that the owners demand 60 to 100 hours per week which are not compensated for by all of the salaried employees. Also they refuse to properly buy out the projects and expect their field staff to complete work with labor ready laborers respective to the location of the project, except for the skilled trades on site. Overall not a good firm to settle with!"
