Even the people outside of my department were friendly and eager to help, if they could. The only real problem I encountered is that the company's direction was steered by the overseas counterpart and there was quite a lot of disconnect between the two sides."

"Hire Americans to do the job and let them do it. Don't let Marketing run the company. They'll lie to you like they lie to your customers."
