"Do not set up an interview with this company. If you work there, they will use you up and you will either quit, or they will fire you at a later date."
What don't you like about working at Buffalo Athletic Club?
"I did not appreciate being micro managed every minute. Especialy after managing the club in the past and breaking numerous records."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat your employees better. Do not threaten them all the time by telling them they will be fired. Or saying, There is the door, The BAC was here before you and will be after. Or, You will do this or you know where the unemployment line is. This was told to me, who was consistantly top in the company and put 110% effort into my job."
