"Ther is no negative side to working at the Baptist University of the Americas, the only real drawback is not having room for growth, and advancement, and the lack of budget."

"If I could make one change it would be to make the university a for profit organization, this will allow thye university to expand its enrollment, and to grow positive ly as some of its counterparts have."
