"Ask detailed questions and be sure of the job you are offered. they told me I was hired for one job and when I started they have me doing something completely different."
What don't you like about working at BTD Manufacturing?
"They make me work third shift even though my job could be done on first and I have begged to move to first. The management states that they love new ideas but when you go to them with ideas they become very offended."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be open to new ideas. Do not make employees feel like they will lose their job for presenting issues or ideas."
