"Be honest in your interviews. The benefits are very good and the company will take try and take care of you because the owner is a concerned about the low level employee."

What don't you like about working at Brooks Brothers?

"The company didn't seem to take the suggestion of the low level employee seriously enough, the management tactics of the higher level managers were based on intimidation and fear tactics, using threats of termination to try and improve results."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that the managers get reviewed annually by their subordinates and that be used in the determination of any raises or promotions."
