What don't you like about working at Bronico?
"I think there is a lack of structure and process. The communication could also be better. Most of us are in the dark until the flames get out of control and then we're asked to chime in at the most chaotic moment. Also, the technology that we work on is way out of date. I'm very concerned about this as this could hinder my career and my future."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management should plan and work for growth not to just get by. The company depends on 1 customer and that customer dictates our every move."
