"More communication. Companies in general that I've worked for are often lacking in how much they communicate to their employees. I simple memo letting someone know their work is appreciated, or even a status update on how well the business is doing, makes all the difference."

"I dont like that they went out of business. I feel the restructuring plan that was associated with the inevitable closure of the company did not address the people of the company which created morale and uncertainty issues which led to productivity issues. Communication is essential especially during challenging times."

"Trust and communicate to your staff during tough times so they can believe in the mission and values and that leadership is listening to the concerns."
