If you expect 40 hrs a week then stay away. Some people are lucky to get 20 hrs a week during Fall, Winter and early Spring months. Summer time is busy time.
No raises in 5+ years. So nice they "purpose" a raise in 2016, only after the first quarter has come and gone...
No dental. No 401K match. Outsourced HR. Outsourced Payroll. No one cares anymore, no one. Health insurance is affordable but you get what you pay for.
The place is only going in one direction and it is not up.
If you are looking for a career keep looking. If you are looking to fill a void until the next thing comes along this would work.
