"We are a small group of senior level engineers .. a very competent, great bunch."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be a good engineer and a real person, having some background in systems engineering would help ... especially IBM Rational ... they really are trying to leverage that at BTI."
What don't you like about working at Brockwell Technologies?
"We get contracted out and have to work on government projects that aren't run very well."
