What do you like about working at Bright Horizons?

"It was a new area for me and with the manangement I started working with, I was put on the first track to going further in the organization."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask questions in regards to advancement and get a feel for the Director and Assistnat Director to see if they seem to be able to work well together. Also, be certain to have the opportunity to spend time in the classrooms with the teachers."

What don't you like about working at Bright Horizons?

"I did not like how new manangement failed to utilize the resources they had and tried to replace staff with friends from other locations. Manangement stop trying to develope it's present talent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was a part of the management team when it suited the regional manager - I would suggest that when staff is dedicated and willing to go beyound the call of duty in order to maintain morale and order among the clients, listen to what the staff and clients have to say instead of getting rid of the staff who you fear due to the respect they get from the staff and clients. Learn to be a team player and undertand that EVERYTHING can not be solved bt the text book method."

"The merger caused alot of chaos"
