"Bridgeway is a great company. Their products are software for corporate and government legal departments. They practically own that market. I have never worked anywhere else where I spoke with the CEO and the president almost daily. Overall the organization is run well. It's not a big company, so you have to consider your career path carefully."

"Be prepared that mgmt. runs hot and cold and work hard and stay away from them."

"The owner was not aware of what the VP's of Sales were doing or promising."

"Talk to your salespeople to find out what is going on with them every now and then."

"This was a contract so I cannot concretely say what being a permanent employee would be like long-term because I was a filling a temporary contract slot."

"Perhaps meetings with the development and design teams prior to releasing software solutions/patches to QA could expedite the testing and releasing of software."
