3.9I've worked here since 2013. I've built on my skills on handling chemicals, filling orders, unloading trucks, and doing paperwork. I strongly believe that my work and effort isn't being appreciated. I know that I've done time, and gained a lot of knowledge to deserve a raise. I can't cut it on 15ish/hr. I have bills that are just stacking up. I wish I had the energy to get another job, but this job leaves me tired, but I love my job. I just wish I would be paid what I'm worth.
4.3Worked for Brenntag LA several years. Although at the beginning of my career was difficult because poor leadership, my last 7 years were exceptional for my career and accomplishments. Leaving Brenntag to chase other dream was a difficult choice to say the least, but one I cannot regret, as I was able to grow in different ways.
4.9My suggestions for management would be to consider all the employees before releasing them because I really did do an excellent job for PB&S Chemical Company.
