"I have had the pleasure of working for Brennan's family for 8 years. The family of restaurants owned and operated by the Alex, and his late mother Ella have received national and international accolades and notoriety for being the best of the best, and deservedly so. From showcasing such chefs as Emeril Lagasse, and Paul Prudhomme, there is no shortage of talent or expertise. The restaurant I have called my home during my tenure is located in Houston, although most of the history and traditions derived from New Orleans. Our restaurant has been open for over 50 years with no plans on calling it quits any time soon."
