"I liked the day-to-day differences. Customer service is something I pride myself on, and it was fulfilling to work in that environment. Sears has been around a long time, and I enjoyed the history of the company as well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Plan to work weekends and holidays. Make it your passion to be there when the regular working class is off."

What don't you like about working at Sears?

"Sometimes corporate Sears would pass down company-wide goals, and it would seem they had not paid attention to our specific region's demographic. This would make it a challenge to adhere 100% to the company's direction in achieving these goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make a connection to your managers to open established routes of communication for your employees, enabling them to have different sources for problem solving."
