Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are extremely gung-ho, dog eat dog, cut throat, will stab your best friend in the back for a $1.00/hr promotion, go for it. Not only will you excel but upper management will love you for it. The only thing that matters at Dnterprise is the numbers. Everyone is replaceable at any moment, no matter your contributions to the company in areas other than your overall numbers."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"Limited opportunities for actual advancement. Dog eat Dog - extremely cut throat environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to lower your 85% 6 month turnover rate, take the extra money saved from not having to train so many new hires and give your employees who work 60 hours a week for next to nothing a slight raise to help them appreciate the company."
