"the opportunity they gave me the people I hired was a quality group and we closed alot of loans. Subprime business was good."
What don't you like about working at Collateral One Mortgage?
"I was hard competing to get good loan officers due to our pay scale being lower than others. The second thing is I was not rewarded for being in the top 3 with a smaller office and less loan officers but number one in fee vollume. This is why I went on my own."

"Its start with theindividual offices- Branch managers and our loan officers and just do not forget about us"
