"This is a long-standing organization that caters to the wealthy for high-end outdoor living spaces. The company vision and mission is excellent. However, the owner of the company constantly changes the direction the company is headed without any time to adjust and implement process or procedure. Which then makes it difficult to manage the expectations with the clients and the employees. Overall company culture is good. But most don't feel valued when it comes to workload versus compensation."
