"Traveled extensively to attend meetings in both Europe and Asia. Learned the executive search business and worked extensively with outside attorneys on corporate items including writing license agreements and trade marks registrations and kept stockholder files."

"Great company and experience with international offices must be team player"

What don't you like about working at Boyden World Corp.?

"Small corporate headquarters seven of us handling over 70 licensed offices worldwide"

"More emphasis on automating the licensee's performance under the license agreement"

"Project work given to me was outstanding opportunity. The team of people were the best - both locally and globally. The travel perks were great as well."

"Candidates should be allowed to speak with current employees to get a feel for the culture before making a decision to go further beyond the initial interview."

What don't you like about working at Boyden World Corp.?

"The President is an ex-Pat with no feel for American job culture. This combined with only having a local staff of 5-6 makes the work environment uncomfortable. There is no room for personal/work balance."

"The Board of Directors needs to seriously review how human resources is handled - the staff feels very intimidated."

"I liked the autonomy and responsiibility. I liked the ability to telecommute on occasion."

"The company did not adequately plan for the economic conditions facing companies in late 2008 and were not open to suggestsions...hence, March came and there was no income."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put everyone on commission...if you don't work, you don't get paid."
