"Candidates should be allowed to speak with current employees to get a feel for the culture before making a decision to go further beyond the initial interview."

What don't you like about working at Boyden World Corp.?

"The President is an ex-Pat with no feel for American job culture. This combined with only having a local staff of 5-6 makes the work environment uncomfortable. There is no room for personal/work balance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Board of Directors needs to seriously review how human resources is handled - the staff feels very intimidated."
