2.1 Too much micro-management of staff by Directors. Need better planning, communication and resources for camps, events, etc. Registration for events is very frustrating due to conflicting days/dates, excessive, redundant wording. Too much emphasis on the number of scouts regardless of level of activity. McGimsey Camp needs better maintenance. It is neglected. Who is in charge?
