"Make sure that before you hire out of company the current employees understand they are not being promoted for specific reasons."

"I was a contractor that they valued so highly that they sent me to work in multiple offices across the country. They could have made me a full-time employee, but despite the approval of my work, they couldn't get past office politics to make me a fulltimer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If things go well with a contractor, make that person an employee. What did you save by terminating a contractor, then hiring fulltimers later who need months to ramp up"

"Negotiate your salary compensation as you believe it is."

"Company reorganizations, recovertions and severence payment layoffs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Become a more integrated company, rather than avoiding the growth of one division, such as branching BIS into Immersant and then writing it off was quite damaging for everyone. A healthier diet in company meetings is also recommended rather than Chinese food."

"Limited technical resources."
