4.7 I have worked at Boulder Community Hospital since 2018 in their Case Management Department as a Utilization Review Nurse and as a Discharge Planner. The team I work with is phenomenal as they truly care about the well being of other team members and of patients. During my time here the hospital rolled out EPIC as their new EHR system. At the time our team was without leadership, but we all came together as a family and solved many complex workflow issues with our new system. It was truly an exemplary display of teamwork and quality communication. My manager at Boulder Community is the best manager I've ever worked with and I am honored to still be on her team as a per diem UR RN. As a Boulder Native I have always wanted to work at this facility, and I am happy to say that it is everything I hoped it would be and more.
