"PoorValue for the client, steal for corporate America"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be a prototype trainer. Cute. Bubbly. Friendly. Education matters none. Make yourself out to be a salesman more than anything; soul not required."

What don't you like about working at Boston Sports Clubs?

"They do not reward education with compensation and also do not even consider a degree more valuable than an ACE certification. This organization hires cheap and irresponsible persons who rarely can call themselves professionals. I have been verbally and physically assaulted by a co-worker who was required to quit but was re-hired at another one of OUR facilities down the street regardless of his documented termination. The benefits package is a joke."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Step outside of the corporate mold because it values the wrong attributes in todays professional circles. The cheap emphasis on worthless certifications rather than education and experience shows in the value for which trainers and members are ripped off by the company."
