"I built the company/division from the ground up and that was pretty cool! Plus I was able to build my own high performance team and they were amazing!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No tips as the company is no longer but if you were interviewing with me it would be important to know that I would look for the eye of the tiger and high performers."
What don't you like about working at Borrego Springs Bank?
"Sometimes politics at the board level were tough but I would not trade the experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I sold the division to a Nasdaq company in 2006, so it no longer exists. The bank still exists."
