"The Borough is a small one, compared to places like Pottstown, PA, and some of the local townships, and the staff is 4 part-time people. However, the Borough Council members step up to the plate and help get things done. Very much like a family coming together for the benefit of the community. As Treasurer, I am the finance department for the Borough."
