"I didn't find anything likable when working at BAH. They had the audacity to claim their diversity and yet claim a person either fits in or doesn't because they have a way of working."

"Spend time finding somewhere else to interview."

What don't you like about working at Booz Allen Hamilton?

"The review system relies more on whose back you are slapping rather than how good you are at the job. It promotes back stabbing groupies. Some of the managers were verbally abusive. HR knew and would do nothing about it. The Core Values were simply words / statements which meant nothing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change your work environment. Fire abusive managers or quit claiming the Core Values."
