"Associates are treated like gophers and do more clerical work. No real consulting job, just a secretary for the company."

"I have no respect for mangement at this company."

"A comapny with a great image but petty when it comes to supporting the workers."

"The image and the level of employee. The projects were also cutting edge. All of this come with the price of being expected to work your tail off."

"I guess that would depend of who was interviewing you. I advise that this environment is competitive so be ready to live for your job."

What don't you like about working at Booz Allen Hamilton?

"The company seemed cheap with little things. Example: we had a team meeting 37 miles from my main client. My manager was very reluctant to pay mileage / admin time for this meeting. It was almost considered the cost of working for Booz. It came across as petty for such a successful company."

"Practice the work life balance you preach."

"They talk a good line but do not live up to it. Salary is skimmed off for management bonuses."

"They have a very high and elite opinion of themselves, but they are either scammed or doing the scamming."

"Cut down on arrogance, management bonuses. Take associate needs to heart. Follow up with your policies"

"The corporate pressures are unreasonable. They try to make all employees fit into a box & stifle individual expressions and creativity."

"Highly process driven, very high collaboration and mentoring and sharing between staff, high reputation on the market, a learning experience."

"Be prepared more than normal for the interview, be factual and if you do not understand a question, there are no points lost if you ask for clarification."
