"The project is a great project because the Director is excellent. The personalities are strong and noone wants to admit they are wrong. Don't let them push you into something you don't want to do. Stand your ground when you know you are right!"

What don't you like about working at Bon Secours Health System?

"I didn't like the fact that I was hired as an AC and was put into an AL position. I would have preferred to have been more experienced in that position also Bon Secours let did not hold the vendor accountable at times."

"Value the ACs, keep the project plan attainable without killing your project team members and hold the vendor accountable."
