3 There are a lot of good, smart people at Boingo...unfortunately I think they lack leadership, as everyone seems unsatisfied with their job production and uneasy with the direction. Different departments of the company never acted as team with a common goal, but very adversarial and uninterested in the ultimate bottom line of getting things done.
