"In such a big company many decisions that come down from above seem arbitrary, groups workers are organized into often make no sense, culture is somewhat staid."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Organize groups based on people that actually work together, separation of project management from group developing a project is unproductive, managers should probably be more connected to what their group is doing."
