"If you have expectations, you will be disappointed. To Boeing, you are a warm body and a college degree. Your past is only of interest in that you were trainable, not that you have any experience they want to exploit."

"One of the company's mottoes is, We do the hard things, because they make things harder than they should be, not because they are hard to do."

"Practice what you preach. I've found 1st level through 3 level managers to be hypocrites."
