"I worked for this hospital for over 10 years. I found it to seriously decline over the years. It is often poorly staffed. The benefits have declined and increased in cost to the employee. They stopped contributing to our pension so the amounts that were counted on are now roughly about half the amount. There is extensive favoritism and unsupportive management. The HR Dept. does not advocate for the employees. It is uncomfortable to bring complaints forward and despite the validity the plans for addressing same are rarely carried through."
