"Chapman BMW on Camelback is a great workplace. The people there are very friendly (for the most part). Everyone seems to get along very well. The GM is great, friendly, and easy to talk to. The Service Manager is a completely different story though. Overall, the people are great which makes it a nice place to work."

What do you like about working at BMW?

"I like working with a great product that I can talk about in my own way."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You will most likely stay in the same position for your career here."

What don't you like about working at BMW?

"There is someone watching over you all the time, there is a lack of group support, especially in sales. There is quota's to achieve and sometimes I come up short and there is no support"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would not micro manager my co-workers, or make them feel as if they are in the military"

"save the application for the other dealers in the area. Beverly Hills BMW runs a better shop."

What don't you like about working at BMW?

"Many negative attitudes from the top down. The advisor pay plan is far below market average. - very little good to say other than the service director was awsome."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you show little regard for your customers, and less for your employees, it becomes increasingly difficult to one to do more than leave."

"I just started at BMW of Murray. Many might be successful but this job requires someone just starting in the workplace. 100% commission doesn't work well for me and I don't feel that I will be successful as a result. I figured with my experience that sales might be good since I've worked in account management. Unfortunately I need to reconsider my career here."

"I like the people I work with but management makes the job more difficult than it has to be"

"make the boss man happy act like a ditzy female who bows down to man"

What don't you like about working at BMW?

"every little mistake is brought up even things that don't really matter. its frustrating when there is bigger better things to worry about but we waste so much time on pointless things."

"not so many favorites. I would have positive reinforcement instead of negative. focus on bringing the team together instead of turning us on each other."

"It was a position for extra income, sine filing all day is not my ideal position."

"Ensure that the position is what you want to do otherwise you would get frustrated."

"As a temp I was treated as one, so I decided to just do my work and leave."

"I have no suggestions since they have their own methods."

"make the boss man fall in love with you. be a quite female who bows down to men."

"The boss man over looks every little detail and has so much negative things to say when really he could focus else where and make the place better"

"The CEO wants all the right things but the manager right above me only watches out for himself"
