"They gave me the opportunity to work while attending college."

What don't you like about working at BMW?

"The job was located on the promenade and it had plenty of great places to go during lunch, but the location took too long to arrive to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If possible, move to a location where there is less traffic and easy access."

"save the application for the other dealers in the area. Beverly Hills BMW runs a better shop."

What don't you like about working at BMW?

"Many negative attitudes from the top down. The advisor pay plan is far below market average. - very little good to say other than the service director was awsome."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you show little regard for your customers, and less for your employees, it becomes increasingly difficult to one to do more than leave."
