"Just be yourself, be honest, and be patient. Also, be ready to do anything in the store as part of your job--sales floor, clean bathrooms, wash dishes, plus your regular job duties."

What don't you like about working at Blues Angel Music?

"My office often feels stuffy and hot--I have to run a fan daily to feel reasonably comfortable. There are 3 bosses--2 owners, 1 general manager--who do not communicate with the employees or each other very well. Business processes and workflows are not organized very well."

"Hire a business process specialist to streamline all business processes throughout the company to make it more efficient and less stressful."
