"Bluehost is customer driven, so you better know how to interact with customers. If you are going for a tech job, you better know how to trouble shoot."

What don't you like about working at Bluehost?

"This is a very tough question. I would saying in working at bluehost, I do have to work with other carbon-based life forms... aka customers... some customers can be a little abusive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Doing things better than the current management is doing would be a challenge, that said, I would develop and implement at structured training/certification program that would enhance employees job performance and promotion opportunities."

"I did not enjoy the lack of response for assistance from the Owner/CEO of the company. Lack of communication between ownership and management."

"My supervisor (general manager) was the most amazing supervisor I've ever had. However, the owner of the company could benefit from a human management class."
