"everything, management was awful, they stuck you in a location without any market research and expected to see results!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First run a market research to have an idea of what the potential is. Have a game plan of how to achieve goals and objectives. And definitely have contracts with resorts in the local area such as, Cape Cod, New Hampshire, Maine and the Islands. Therefore the salespeople will have a chance at making some sales."
