"It is a friendly and fun place to work at no matter which department to go to work for. Be aware of the opportunities you will have withing your department to develop your skills and grow before you make a choice."

What don't you like about working at Bluegreen Corporation?

"I don't like the fact that there is no room to grow financially or professionally. If my position is compared with the same at other Resorts, we have the same load of work but not a comparable compensation plan."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to learn some more about managing people and not just an office. It is important at the management level to have better people skills."
