"The executives are insulting and snide because they have a purple binder that they write notes about the employees in all day and act as if their bachelors degrees are really PhD's."

"I would look at the employees with appreciation and not as if we are criminals. I would thank them and treat them as adults, not children."

"Cutting corners. Company hierarchy. Disconnect between executives and associates. Occasionally unsafe working conditions. Disgusting conditions. Poor response times for engineering, housekeeping, or security. Large problems consistently overlooked. The list goes on."

"Put more emphasis on employee satisfaction to curb the high turnover rate and general employee dissatisfaction."

"It's easy... which is indicative of a less than ideal job environment. They are often heavily understaffed."

"Terrible technology, political, no clear managerial direction, disorganized and haphazard leadership, never kept in the loop about big decisions... ex. promotions, terminations. Unmotivated associates and management alike. Additionally, they offer very poor benefits."

"Move away from a heavy promotional calendar, it's meaningless. Focus on making employees feel valued! It's not rocket science, it's retail... simplicity works. Bottom line, people shop for product, not people."

"The employee discount was great! My co-workers were very caring and understanding."

"Be very clear with what you want out of this position and your availability."

"No organization from the Directors. Operations Manager, and a couple of team leads were very rude and thought we should kiss the floor they walked on. Never gave feedback and would sit in their office most of the times."

"I would say if you know you're unhappy and know this company truly does not see your talent, go to a better company that will."
"The company has great benefits. It's a great stepping stone place for a first job. Good atmosphere, great management. All associates work commission, so they have to be on their toes while at work, but that's what motivates them to sell."
