"I agree with what was mentioned in previous comments. Bloomboard is an "inverted" company. I don't recommend Bloomboard to minority software developers."
"There are always growing pains for a successful startup. Many areas which have room for improvement, however the team is working on addressing these to the best of management's abilities. There is a lot of untapped potential at the bottom of the organizational structure which if pushed to assert itself, will definitely be able to take the company to new heights."
