"I started working for Blo & Fil in 2017, it was a new up and coming salon that I was really invested in. The owner was young and ambitious but didn't know how to properly run a business. At first I thought it was my dream job but I felt duped. She wasn't handling management properly and unaware of how to commission checks and asked more of the workers than what the original contract was agreed upon. The concept of the company was a great concept but not very well executed. In a place if business in whatever category it may be, it should always be professional and not about picking favorites or bringing your outside life into the workplace.In the end I left due to differences in opinion with the owner and manager."
