"Working at Blizzard is a dream job for a lot of people. But if you're not as starstruck, and really looking to make a difference you may find the job incredibly frustrating."

"I worked from May '07 to June '13, and it was a blast getting to work for a company I always wanted to since I was a kid. After six years, the department I was in no longer challenged me or provided opportunities to advance upwards and I wanted to do something better with my life by getting into development."

Senior Manager

"Working for Blizzard has been a very rewarding experience. Their training and development is top-notch as well as being the best video game company out there. I will temper that, however, with a slight warning. Their internal mobility is slow, sometimes non-existent. Furthermore, the management, at times, seems very disconnected from the jobs that their employees are doing. Lastly, my reason for leaving is that this isn't a job for anyone with a family as shifts can be late night or overnight."

"The company is a good company to work for, however they tend to change their info and policies too quickly, with not much notice."
