"I've worked as a Product Manager at Blick Art Materials for 2 years. The web group is full of driven, talented people on the ground who work well together, and want to collaborate to deliver better web experiences for our customers. The leadership group can be challenging to work with due to inconsistent goals and planning, however, they are receptive to feedback and attempts to improve are ongoing. The technical environment can be a challenge to work within, but again, attempts to implement technical improvements are generally received well. Overall, it is usually a very good place to work."
"For the amount of work they expect from their employees, the company does not compensate accordingly. Also, there is a very thick glass ceiling. Once you advance to a certain position, it is very hard to advance any further without losing your integrity as a human."
